Co-creative dialogue

Co-creative dialogue generates ideas and steps forward to deal with dilemmas. We often stuck when ideas are equally compelling, yet contradicting. For example, my clients experienced dilemmas of Japanese and Filipino culture, top down vs. bottom up approach, speed vs. quality. In larger context, we all face dilemmas such as climate change vs. economic growth, stability vs. change, and Haves vs. Have Nots.  Co-creative dialogue helps groups and individuals unstuck through observing the reality, being mindful, clarifying what group wants, and learning from highest possible future.
